United Sovereign Americans (USA) has filed NINE federal civil rights lawsuits on behalf of ALL American citizens. Our analysis has measured the effect of election misconduct and our litigation strategy has pre-positioned standing for the American people in advance of the 2024 election.

Witness 2024 Election Misconduct? Trouble Voting?
Our Election Misconduct tool creates a vehicle for citizens to report 2024 election problems to the election officials required to investigate. These citizen reports will be the real-time evidence we need to move forward with our lawsuits during the election. With your help, we will halt the certification of elections that don’t uphold our civil rights AND hold election officials personally accountable for election fraud.
Every member of USA is a volunteer; no one touches a penny of your generous support. But litigation is expensive. USA is the only group filing lawsuits nationally to secure America on the basis of civil rights, using the top constitutional attorneys in the country. Who We Are
United Sovereign Americans (USA) is a nonpartisan organization comprised entirely of thousands of citizen volunteers from across the United States working to ensure legally-valid elections that are fair, accurate, and trustworthy. Our teams have measured the effect of millions of instances of apparent election fraud—as defined by the US Department of Justice—on the 2022 midterm elections. We have put it all together into a comprehensive and easy to understand framework, that shows that our voting system is broken, and the intent of qualified citizen voters has been drowned out by error. Through our education and litigation strategy we aim to fix it for all Americans.
The United Sovereign Americans Resolution
Our eight paragraph Resolution clarifies in simple terms the voting system we have. State by state, United Sovereign Americans demonstrates how inaccuracy and excuses have replaced the robust oversight process required under the law for the system to deserve our trust. We identify the critical system controls and demand immediate remedies.
