Across the country, Unite4Freedom’s volunteers help fulfill the strategic initiatives of our mission: Forensic Investigations, Advocacy, Litigation, Public Outreach, Education and Collaboration. Volunteers are organized by state under the leadership of a State Chapter Director who manages the efforts of their team. The national team develops the strategic initiatives, initiates research projects, develops and implements educational initiatives, and provides the state chapters with resources and training they need to support organizational outreach efforts.

Forensic Investigations

Apparent Election Violations uncovered in 21 states in 2022

Unite4Freedom’s credentialed investigators deeply analyzed the states’ official voter rolls from elections in 2020, 2022 and 2024. Millions of votes across the country, certified as accurate by election officials, originate from registrations that appear to violate election laws. Further research shows many voters simply don’t exist. Investigations also uncovered vote tampering—visible vote history edits AFTER elections were certified. These studies demonstrate clear evidence that appears to point to blatant nation-wide attacks on our voting system.

Advocacy

Unite4Freedom volunteers actively advocate for secure elections, and work with officials across all levels of government including federal, state and local elected representatives to state and federal law enforcement. Our work includes sharing the results of Unite4Freedom forensic research, requesting official investigations into our findings, and presenting draft legislative measures that will help ensure trustworthy elections. Two specific initiatives include:

The Unite4Freedom Resolution: Since 2023, volunteers from across the country have made hundreds of presentations of the Unite4Freedom Resolution for a Legally Valid Election to their local officials. Customized for each community, the Resolution includes summary results from the Unite4Freedom Election Validity Scorecards, as well as a request for the officials’ signatures in support of a series of measures that ensure trustworthy elections.

Prior to the 2024 election, 525 Resolutions were presented in 16 states.

Unite4Freedom State Advocacy Days: In scheduled meetings with their state legislators, Unite4Freedom volunteer teams from across the nation present evidence showing that elections in their state are not accurately measuring the intent of eligible voters submitting legal votes. Volunteers have two simple requests: 1) Investigations by state and county law enforcement, including prosecution of misconduct; and 2) Sponsorship of the Unite4Freedom draft legislation to guarantee real voters, real votes, real counts, and real proof in the 2026 midterm and all future elections.

In February 2025, 184 Unite4Freedom volunteers in 11 states met with more than 200 state representatives and staff members.

Litigation

Unite4Freedom research demonstrates that state and federal officials ignoring election laws has allowed tens of millions of apparently illegal votes to call into question the outcomes of elections across the country. Despite Unite4Freedom providing this research to federal and state officials prior to the elections, certification of subsequent elections proceeded.

In response, Unite4Freedom filed federal mandamus lawsuits in nine states—Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas—asking the courts to force officials to obey existing election laws.

Public Outreach

Representatives from Unite4Freedom consistently appear on and are published in media outlets across the country, sharing the results of our forensic investigations and ways for citizens to get involved in the effort to restore legitimate representative government through legally valid elections.

Education

Unite4Freedom educates citizens about the current reality of our elections and what needs to be done to restore validity and trust in them. Initiatives include:

Presentations to Community and Civic Organizations: Unite4Freedom representatives across the country share the results of our forensic investigations and present ways citizens can get involved and support the effort for valid elections.

Sea to Shining Sea events: Similar to the presentations above, members of Unite4Freedom’s leadership team travel to cities across the country to present the latest research, updates, and ways to get involved and support Unite4Freedom.

Conferences: Conducted periodically, Unite4Freedom conferences are designed to inspire, motivate and equip attendees with the knowledge and confidence to advocate for real solutions to our election crisis at the local, state and federal levels.
