Securing Our Elections
The Comprehensive Solution for Election Validity
The election process must protect the right of qualified citizens to choose their representatives through a secure process that ensures:
Real Voters
Voters must be verified.
Identity, citizenship and eligibility must be verified at registration to be allowed on the voter roll and at voting to be allowed to cast a ballot.
Real Votes
Ballots must be secured.
Authentic secret ballots, obtained without coercion, must be secured throughout the entire process with comprehensive chain of custody.
Real Counts
Counts must be accurate.
The number of votes counted must EQUAL the number of voters who voted. Critical infrastructure compliant systems and personnel must be used.
Real Proof
Outcomes must be proven.
Comprehensive records with complete transparency and valid end-to-end audits measured against defined accuracy threshold(s) must be maintained for every control point in the process.
US Supreme Court rulings since 1888 define any other election as illegal and void. Certification of an illegal election is criminal misconduct (18 U.S.C. § 241, 242).

Achieving Election Validity
For years, federal election security mandates under the Voting Rights Act (VRA), National Voter Registration Act (NIVRA), Help America Vote Act (HAVA), and Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) have been waived or ignored, resulting in fully penetrated voting systems—a national security emergency.
This disaster cannot be corrected solely by cleaning the voter rolls, eliminating machines, or requiring voter ID. Those solutions address only a small number of the problems that Unite4Freedom has uncovered.
Unite4Freedom’s election experts have outlined comprehensive measures to secure every step of the election process.
Each red stop sign in the diagram below identifies a critical gap that needs to be secured.
Beginning with the process requirements, all voting systems and machines must be tested to ensure compliance with all state and federal laws, specifically FISMA. Voters must be verified to cast a balllot. Votes must be accessible, secure and validated. Counts must be accurate. Proof must be continuous and transparent.
Unite4Freedom experts have developed a detailed repair framework, and have drafted legislative measures based on that framework, to secure the critical gaps in the process that will ensure valid and trustworthy results. These technical documents are available upon request.

Only by securing every step of the election process, can we ensure that we have Real representation and Real America, so that liberty and prosperity endure for future generations.

“[a]n election is a process whose fairness is meant to engender confidence in a democratically selected government. When the purity of the process is compromised in part, the corruption affects the integrity of the whole.” US v Slone, F6th No. 03-6427 (2005)
