Unite4Freedom’s (U4F) data team measured clear evidence of election malfeasance over the past two election cycles—in 2022 and 2024. Preliminary analysis of early voting data in the Texas 2026 Primary Election shows the same pattern of additions and deletions, the stealing of the primaries is well underway. The only way to defeat this is by a massive turnout overwhelming the fraud.

U4F has the largest highly qualified election data analytics team in the nation, led by cyber security, workflow, and election subject matter expert and Chairman of U4F Harry Haury. We have already found almost TENS OF THOUSANDS of ballots were deleted from the statewide 2026 primaries in Texas’s early voting period that ended on February 27, 2026. The full report is currently under final review and will be released later this week.

The 2024 Manipulation

The real time changes occurred in Texas’s 2024 General Election Early Voting period as well. U4F analysts downloaded and compared two election data snapshots for each day of the early voting period obtained in real-time directly from the Texas Secretary of State’s website.

Each snapshot is a complete picture of who the state says voted, when they voted, and where they voted. Comparing snapshots reveals voters who were present in one download and absent in the following—and vice versa. This is not a model, not an estimate, and not a projection. These are precise measurements, all derived from the Texas Secretary of State’s own records.

U4F’s 2024 Texas Early Voting Real-time High Resolution Vote Tampering Report is based on Texas’s 2024 early voting records that match ALL of the following record details including: Voter ID, Voter Name, Voting Method, County, and Precinct. The following suspected manipulation occurred:

• 709,233 Voter OSCILLATIONS—Voter ID appears, disappears, and reappears, sometimes multiple times in the data.
• 564,788 INJECTED Ballots—Additional ballots injected for voters who had already cast a ballot. These ballots appeared in the snapshots, but by the end of early voting, these ballots were “hidden”, so that only 36 people appeared to have voted more than once.
• 1,295,746 Voter History CHANGES—Total number of changes (additions or deletions) to the number of ballots assigned to all voters over time.
• 166,116 Voter History DELETIONS—Voter IDs with previously cast ballot (vote record) that are completely missing from the last snapshot of data at the end of early voting.
• 173 Voter IDs who first appear in the records with Multiple Ballots (from 2 to 5 ballots per voter)
• 36 Voter IDs with multiple ballots MISSING in the last snapshot at the end of early voting.

Is this malice? Is it ignorance? Is it apathy? Is someone replacing real voters and ballots for fake ones? Is someone changing the outcome of elections in Texas? Is there a coverup of a crime?

Massively Corrupted Voter Rolls

Analysis of Texas’s 2024 General Election AFTER it was certified showed 1.6 MILLION ballots that should not have been counted—votes from voters whose registrations contain legal violations of Texas law, which should have disqualified them from casting a ballot. Unite4Freedom doesn’t know that every one of those voters was invalid, but Texas officials don’t know they ARE valid voters. So, why did Texas allow them to vote? Hopefully, the Texas Secretary of State doesn’t believe 1.6 MILLION voter registrations with errors is acceptable to the citizens of Texas and America.

It gets worse. Texas officials can’t reconcile the vote. A comparison of official state-certified election results (votes counted) compared to the official state voter roll vote count (voters who voted), demonstrates there were 378,213 more ballots counted than voters who voted. Why do these numbers not reconcile? Were legitimate votes deleted? And why don’t government officials care?

Vote-to-voter discrepancies strike at the core of certification. If ballots counted do not match voters who voted, the tally cannot be presumed accurate.

These same questions were asked by U4F analysts after their research of Texas’s 2022 election. In 2023, U4F notified Texas state officials and law enforcement, including the Texas Secretary of State, of the suspected 2022 election violations, and no action was taken. This is what spurred Unite4Freedom to research the 2024 Early Voting records.

A National Security Emergency

The frequency and number of data changes over time, and the patterns of those changes suggest these are NOT simple, normal, or random mistakes or reporting errors. In fact, they suggest intentional or automated manipulation— in real time! Texas’s Republican Primary Election appears as though it is being stolen from Texas voters.

This isn’t unique to Texas. It is happening in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and other states. Unite4Freedom research of 35 states across the country, show the same issues in every state we have studied; the intent of qualified voters is being drown out by suspected fraud at a scale most Americans cannot comprehend.
U4F 2024 Election Validity Scorecards across the country show 20.1 million ballots from voters who were most likely not legally qualified to vote and an absoluter voter to voter discrepancy of 3.5 million.

Additional U4F Vote Tampering Reports demonstrate MILLIONS of edits made to CERTIFIED election records AFTER they were certified in multiple states. Reports for several states have been released and more reports will be coming over the next several weeks.

This is a NATIONAL SECURITY EMERGENCY! It requires immediate formal investigation and review by state and federal law enforcement.

The Solution

The problem isn’t simply voter registrations. Or voter ID. Or machines. Or chain of custody. Or software. Or internet connections. Or destruction of data. It’s ALL OF THESE THINGS AND MORE!

Trustworthy elections require complete end to end integrity of the system, provable at every step, with fully auditable records. We must have legally compliant systems that can prove that the voters who voted are legitimate, prove that all votes that were submitted legally were counted, and prove that the counts were accurate.

America does not have time to solve this with legislation prior to the 2026 General Election, and in the meantime, Primary Elections across the country are already at risk and being manipulated.

An Executive Order addressing this NATIONAL EMERGENCY, one that is fair to ALL parties, is CRITICAL now. It must be a multi-tiered process that is supervised by ALL interested parties, with federal oversight.

Furthermore, voter rolls must be purged, and states must require in person hand-counted paper ballots. These must connect the voter to their vote all the way to the ballot box.

Chain of custody must be guarded for ALL ballots, through counting and reporting. Machines may not be used. There is not time before November to become compliant with the law and be certain that any machines are secure, accurate, and compliant.

All records must be maintained and must be auditable. And access to the complete records must be available, so that any issues reported can be fully investigated.

Chaos, Corruption, and Consequences

The third sentence of the U.S. Constitution states that Representatives are to be chosen by the People of the several states. The right to vote—and to have that vote counted equally—is a civil right.
If registrations of voters are materially deficient, vote and voter totals do not reconcile, or records are changing in real time, election results are unknowable, and the right to have your vote counted equally is destroyed.

Elections have consequences. Congress makes laws for all Americans. Texas’s federal delegation (2 Senators and 38 Representatives) participates in that process. When Texas’s elections are not provably valid, the consequences extend beyond the Commonwealth to all of America. When the Texas primaries are corrupted, Texans aren’t voting for legitimately chosen candidates in the General Election.

When officials certify false elections, they undermine the foundation of our Republic. The people lose control of the government, the government stops caring about the people, and corruption, chaos, and consequences follow.

Accountability, Not Rhetoric

It is past time for bad actors to be held accountable and for American citizens to have TRUSTWORTHY elections and LEGITIMATE representative government.
Presentation of evidence should not be met with gaslighting. Distrust from the public should not be cavalierly dismissed.

Only transparency, honesty, and lawful elections will restore trust and accountability. All state election and law enforcement officials must make immediate and wholehearted changes to their election system or be held personally responsible for these massive miscarriages of justice.
