PROBLEM: Elections are not accurately measuring the intent of eligible voters submitting legal votes. State and federal officials ignoring federal law has allowed tens of millions of material errors to cloud the legality of millions of votes. No one knows who won in 2022, yet certification proceeded.

Why are elections certified without regard for their purpose and without proof?

SOLUTION: United Sovereign Americans filed federal lawsuits in nine states, asking the courts to order officials to obey existing law. Officials must protect the validity of our elections. Disagreement will be settled by the United States Supreme Court.

Litigation

Secure the entire election system.

PROBLEM: Election “integrity” solutions such as cleaning the voter rolls, eliminating machines, or requiring voter ID only address a small part of the problems that USA has exposed. Refusing access to records, destroying records, and using a non-compliant system–vulnerable to attack–with unqualified personnel and contractors are all a denial of rights.

How can we have certainty without securing every step from registration through certification?

SOLUTION: United Sovereign Americans has drafted federal legislation to mandate total transparency, prove the results, and prevent false representation. This includes real time end-to-end audits and monitoring, as well as compliance.

The objective of the USA’s proposed legislation is to secure the election within the Risk Management Framework for critical national security infrastructure as defined in federal law, with continuous threat assessment and monitoring. The authenticity of voters, votes, and counts must be continually proven. In the absence of legal certainty, certification cannot proceed.

Hold non-compliant officials personally responsible.

PROBLEM: Political solutions last as long as the power of a politician or popular outcry. They cannot secure the enduring freedom America promises. Officials in Blue, Red, and Purple states who have been notified of the problems fight proper review, investigation, and real solutions. The right to be governed by consent and law cannot be overruled by bureaucrats.

Will 2026 be too big to rig?

SOLUTION: United Sovereign Americans is drafting litigation to hold non-compliant and recalcitrant officials personally responsible for the ongoing deprivation of constitutional rights acting “Under Color of Law.” Supreme Court precedent already exists.
