No one knows. No one can know. The system is broken, it failed to serve and protect Pennsylvania citizens, and there is still an active coverup.
When Attorney General (now Governor) Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania, the State’s top law enforcement official, allowed Pennsylvania’s 2020 elections to be certified despite flagrant violations of law, he abandoned his statutory responsibility to enforce Pennsylvania law, allowed the State to violate Federal law, and failed to protect his own citizens from those breaking election laws concerning mail in ballots, signature verification, chain of custody failures, and violations of state reconciliation requirements. This was blatantly against Pennsylvania law but ignored by a partisan executive branch and state judiciary.
Shapiro claimed, “The 2020 election in Pennsylvania was free and fair; it was conducted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth and the United States; and the results of that election were accurate.”
Tens of millions of Americans and the people of Pennsylvania raised the alarm, troubled by strange occurrences, unusual voting procedures, endless days of counting, other complaints of irregularities, and the apparent unwillingness of officials to do more than tell citizens there was nothing to see.
Despite citizen concerns, certification occurred as if it was a ministerial procedure and not a legal act, and Shapiro suggested the matter was closed.
Voter Registration Disaster
Unite4Freedom data analysts answered the call. They used their expertise to measure the trustworthiness of Pennsylvania’s elections by analyzing the State’s own records. They identified millions of voter registration violations prohibited by state and federal law in the 2022 and 2024 elections.
The National Voter Registration Act requires states to maintain accurate voter records, and yet over one million registrants with legal violations were allowed to vote in both 2022 and 2024. That’s a huge number to explain away as clerical errors.
Unite4Freedom doesn’t know that every one of those voters was invalid, but Governor Shapiro doesn’t know they ARE valid. So, why did Pennsylvania allow them to vote?
The Number of Ballots Does Not Equal the Number of Voters
In 2024, official totals show Pennsylvania certified an election with 12,822 more voters who voted than ballots counted. In 2022, there was the opposite problem. The election was certified with 9,153 more ballots than voters who voted. Why do these numbers not reconcile? And why don’t government officials care? Why did they ignore Pennsylvania’s strict reconciliation laws?
Vote-to-voter discrepancies strike at the core of certification. If ballots counted do not match voters who voted, the tally cannot be presumed accurate.
Tampering with the Results
Unite4Freedom analysts took their research a step further. By comparing the voter histories in snapshots of official state databases from certified elections, they discovered that OVER TWO MILLION ILLEGAL CHANGES were made to individual voter history records after the election was certified in 2024.
These snapshots are auditable records and should not change after certification, yet voters disappeared by the thousands while others were added. In 2022 there were over 250,000 changes made comparing three different snapshots. In 2020 that number was 385,000.
The Pennsylvania Vote Tampering report for these three elections documented over 2.5 MILLION changes to voter histories in the official record of voters and ballots AFTER certification.
If the vote tally was inaccurate, why was the election certified? If it was accurate when certified, why are records changing? There is no third option.
Chaos, Corruption, and Consequences
The third sentence of the U.S. Constitution states that Representatives are to be chosen by the People of the several states. The right to vote—and to have that vote counted equally—is a civil right.
If registrations of voters are materially deficient, vote and voter totals do not reconcile, or records change after certification, election results are unknowable, and the right to have your vote counted equally is destroyed.
Elections have consequences. Congress makes laws for all Americans. Pennsylvania’s federal delegation (2 Senators and 17 Representatives) participates in that process. When Pennsylvania’s elections are not provably valid, the consequences extend beyond the Commonwealth to all of America.
When officials certify false elections, they undermine the foundation of our Republic. The people lose control of the government, the government stops caring about the people, and corruption, chaos, and consequences follow.
Accountability, Not Rhetoric
The rhetoric of Pennsylvania officials is delusional. Public statements are not forensic evidence. Distrust from the public should not be cavalierly dismissed. Presentation of evidence should not be met with gaslighting.
Only transparency, honesty, and lawful elections will restore trust and accountability. Pennsylvania officials must be held personally responsible for these massive miscarriages of justice.
